We’re a local Paris-based team who looks after your home as if it were our own — from guest messages and bookings to cleaning, maintenance, and everyday care.

What we do for you:

If you're a novice at flat rentals and are considering renting your flat while on vacation or for the long term, we could assess the possibilities.

For Tourists: If you're a tourist or a business visitor and you wish you had "Boots on the Ground", we could visit your prospective vacation rental to make sure it's a valid listing, condition and live pics sent to you free of charge. We're family, and Uncle Charlie will visit.

Guest communication & check-ins.

We provide all guests with information about the flat and your neighbourhood before their arrival, which will also appear in a property guide.

The better informed the guest(s), the better their experience and your peace of mind.

Ask for our reviews and comments published on other websites, such as AirBnB about their experiences. Ask for references from past and current owners.

If your network is Airbnb & short-term rental management, we'll provide: Cleaning, laundry & property upkeep. Maintenance coordination and concierge services as desired.
