Thank you for your inquiry. I have the flat listed on other websites.

I think it's best to ask me questions after I list a brief description. I also have many questions. For example, are you in Paris at the moment?

The flat is located in the Montmartre section of Paris next to the Montmartre Cemetery. The address is on Rue Joseph de Maistre 75018, very close to all transportation.

In French, we would call it 3 rooms which consists of 2 bedrooms and a living room. In the U.S. we would say a 2-bedroom apartment. The living room is assumed to have one. The sleeping arrangements might be a problem. It's perfect for two single tenants or 2 couples for a short duration. The size of one bed is 200 x 160cm or a queen size bed. The other bed is smaller at 180cm long or the double bed is situated in the en-suite portion of the flat. If you're a group of students .. I would recommend 3 people max. You can have someone sleep on the sofa or pick up a portable bed.

The dining table works well as a study and work station.

The neighbourhood is typical French buildings. We are on the quiet side of Montmartre. If you know Montmartre, we are meters from Rue Caulaincourt which is très (very) elegant. The flat is close to all shopping and entertainment.

Our charming, quiet and very comfortable sixth floor apartment of 75 square meters is near the lively area of Rue Lepic in Montmartre and the elegant Rue Caulaincourt. The apartment sleeps 2-4 comfortably. The nearby Place de Pigalle is perhaps one of the most well-known squares in the city, along with Place du Tertre - top of Montmartre. Because of its place in history, it has attracted everyone of all ages and backgrounds and has countless options for dining and entertainment. Our apartment is situated near the “Café des 2 Moulins” featured in the French film “Amélie," with shopping along Rue Lepic for gifts, clothes and other knick-knacks. A great way to soak up the French atmosphere! More

The flat is listed at 2700€/month. All inclusive: electric, gas, insurance, taxes, and WiFi. Ask questions on what particular item or subject you need more information on.
